Pumacril Revestimiento Fachadas
Permeable smooth cladding based on watery dispersion of acrylic copolymers, pigments and special additives. Highly recommended on concrete, brick and any other cement-based façades where a maximum resistance and quality is required. Product available in our Easy-Colours tintometer system.

This product has a protection against fungus, mould and algae which provides a long-lasting preventive and retardant effect although not permanent. The duration of this affectation depends on the exposure to humidity and the concentration of spores in the area, which create especially favourable conditions for the growth of micro-organisms. Therefore, periodic preventive maintenance treatment is recommended.
Substrates
NEW CONSTRUCTIONS
- Remove any possible dust, grease and any other contaminants.
- A FIJAMOR layer may be convenient diluted with 2-3 parts of water, to fix and equalise the absorption of the substrate.
OLD CONSTRUCTIONS
- Removes any mould contamination as well as any remaining paint or other construction materials.
- Level any irregularities with a suitable amount of paste.
- A FIJAMOR layer may be convenient diluted with 2-3 parts of water, to fix and equalise the absorption of the substrate.
- Apply the paint according to the instructions given.
Instructions for use
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Shake until perfect homogenisation.
- Apply a first diluted layer in 10-15% of water.
- Dilute the second layer up to 5-10% with water.
Aplication tools
It can be applied using a paint brush, roller or pistole, shaking of the product of respective dilution is required. Tools must be cleaned with abundant water before the paint dries.
Cautions and recommendations
- Do not apply under 5ºC.
- Do not apply the product with relative humidity above the 85% nor on wet substrates.
- Storage: Up to two years in its original closed packaging. In fresh and dry places, away from open air and direct sun light. Avoid extreme weather conditions (not lower to 5ºC nor above 35ºC)

Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from outside conditions and humidity
