Pegoland® Fix D1
Ready to use adhesive made with resins, and specific additives and agents.
Suitable for fixing any kind of ceramic cladding on vertical interior or exterior substrates. Highly flexible.
Ideal for gluing exhibitions on wood and old tiles. This adhesive is perfect for use on deformable supports.

Substrates
- Substrates must be clean and free of dust, oil, paint, loose particles, etc
- It is very important that the substrates are completely dry before the application
- The substrate must be completely hardened.
- All substrates must have the appropriate flatness. In case of greater thickness should be used mortars with adequate tensile strength with drying shrinkage already completed
Instructions for use
- Mix Pegoland Fix to obtain a homogenous paste.
- Spread in small areas using a max 4mm saw to level.

Place tiles on the fresh adhesive, pressing and with a slight sliding or twisting action to get a good contact of the whole surface of the tile.

Observe construction joints (expansion, contraction, fraction, perimeter corner joints) and the joints between the cement slabs (minimum of 2 mm).
- Wait 24 hours before grouting.Use the appropriate mortar from the MORCEMCOLOR range depending on the type of joint.
Cautions and recommendations
- Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC nor above 35ºC.
- Do not apply with a saw notched trowel larger than 4mm.
- Do not apply in areas continuously exposed to humidity.
- Do not apply outdoors.
- Do not apply over metals.
- Do not apply under direct sunlight or on hot substrates.
- Do not set non absorbant tiles on non absorbant substrates.
- Maximum tile weight is 30Kg/m2 and maximum size is 1600cm2 (as in 40x40) when applying with Pegoland Fix Plus.
- Apply adhesive on the substrate and on the tile when tiles are equal or larger than 900cm2.

In case of tiles reinforced with fiberglass mesh on their back, ask the technical department.

Do not use the technique known as by globs.

Working and setting times of the adhesive depend on the temperature, air streams, and the absorption of tiles and substrates.
Packaging
2, 6 and 25 Kg containers.
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
