Paviland^® Ultra Rápido

Composition

This product is based on cement, selected aggregates and additives.

Features and applications

• Fixation of manhole frames, catch basins, etc. 
• Fixation of urban furniture. 
• Road restoration. 
• Filling and anchoring of road signs and others. 
• Industrial floors restoration. 
• Great adherence to concrete. 
• Fast opening to transit (2-3 hours after).
   

Substrates

• Concrete, mortars and others. 
• Substrates must be resistant, stable, healthy and free from dust, plaster, paint, concrete agent releases or any other organic product. 
• Before applying the product, make sure the residual humidity of the substrate is lower to the one advised for the application.
   

Instructions for use

• Define and mark the maximum levels of the screed layer, confining the concrete pouring area. 
• Mix with water (approximately 11%) mechanically or manually until a workable consistence is achieved. 
• Apply the product with a thickness greater than 2cm and less than 10cm and compact it properly.
   

Cautions and recommendations

• Do not apply the product with temperatures below 5ºC nor above 30ºC. 
• Do not apply under risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sun. 
• Do not add sand, cement or any other material that modifies the original formulation. 
• Do not add any extra water once the product has been completely mixed. 
• Keep in mind the workability time of the product for the planning of the works.
   

Packaging

25 kg plastic bags.  48 bags per pallet (1200 kg).
Storage: 6 months in their original closed containers and protected from the weather.

 NOTE: The time given refers to a temperature of 23ºC and 50% relative humidity. Timings are shorter at higher temperatures and longer at lower temperatures.

The values obtained by GRUPO PUMAS's products or its constructive solutions that, as the case may be, are determined by the EN standards or any other regulation that applies to it in each case refers exclusively to the conditions specifically stipulated in said regulation and that are referred to, among others, to certain characteristics of the support, humidity and temperature conditions, etc. without being them required in the tests obtained under different conditions, all in accordance with the relevant regulation.
