Paviland® Sport EPW Acabado
Thin-grained, coloured, two-component, acrylic-epoxy coating that acts as an intermediate coat in sports floors subjected to a significant degree of mechanical wear. This product for floors is very easy to apply and suitable for both interior and exterior areas. Suitable for sport areas floors subjected to intense use. Also suitable for highly durable bike lanes or outdoor car park areas with very low road traffic.

Substrates
- Substrates must be resistant enough, stable, sound and clean. Free of dust, release agents, organic products, etc.
- Concrete substrates: PAVILAND SPORT EPW PRIMER must be applied beforehand (consult the corresponding technical data sheet for concrete evaluation).
- Asphalt substrates: PAVILAND SPORT AC BASE must be applied beforehand (consult the corresponding technical data sheet for concrete evaluation).
Instructions for use
- Homogenize components A and B separately.
- Pour component B on top of component A and mix them with a suitable mixer at low speed, until getting a homogeneous product.
- Pour the product onto the substrate and spread it with a rubber rake, starting from one corner and continuing linearly from end to end, paying special attention to specific points (junctions with vertical surfaces, etc).
- Approximately 2 hours later, provided that the first coat is completely dry, a second coat or a sealing coat can be applied.
Cautions and recommendations
- Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or above 30°C.
- Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sunlight.
- Wear protective gloves and goggles during application. In the event of direct contact with the eyes, wash with plenty of soap and water, and seek the advice of your doctor.
- In the event of contact with the skin, wash with water before the product dries.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Remember to clean all equipment and tools with water immediately after use. Once the product has hardened, it will only be possible to clean such equipment and tools mechanically.
- Do not eat or smoke during handling.
- All empty containers must be discarded in accordance with current legislation.
Packaging
Containers of 20 (19 + 1) kg.
The product can be stored for up to one year in its original sealed containers, in a dry and well-ventilated area, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, and out of direct sunlight and protected from the elements.

Yellow ochre, blue, grey, red and green.
