Advantages and Uses

• Due to its composition, the finished product film does not turn yellow over time.

Application Procedure

• It should be applied immediately after the surface to be treated has hardened and once the release agent has been thoroughly removed. The product should be distributed evenly using a sprayer, air gun, or roller, ensuring a uniform film without excessive product buildup, and avoiding the application of thick layers.
• The thickness of the layer once dry should be around 30-40 microns and can be recoated after a minimum drying interval of 6 hours at 20ºC, depending on the shine level required.
• The cleaning of the tools used should be done with xylene or a universal solvent.

Recommendations

• The substrate must be clean, free of cracks, completely dry, and devoid of release agents, dust, loose materials, grease, or any elements that could impair the adhesion of the product. 
• The surface must be dried otherwise pathologies may defects or issues may occur in the resin film.
• Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, intense winds, direct sunlight, or relative humidity above 85%, as these conditions can affect drying and cause irregularities in the final appearance of the application.
• In enclosed spaces, adequate ventilation must be provided during the application and drying time of the product.
• At all times, the conditions stipulated in the Occupational Risk Prevention Law must be observed.
• Toxic by inhalation, ingestion, and contact with skin or eyes. 
• Do not eat or smoke when manipulating the product.
• Keep away from heat sources. Store in a protected and well-sealed container.
• When applying with an air gun, do so only in well-ventilated areas and use respiratory protection if necessary.
• It is necessary to have membranes, plastic sheets, or vapour barriers in place before pouring the concrete to provide an impermeable element that isolates the flooring from moisture coming from the ground. 
• Do not apply the product at ambient temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC.

Packaging and Storage

Store in its original closed packaging. In fresh and dry places, away from open air and direct sun light.  Avoid extreme weather conditions (not lower to 5ºC nor above 35ºC) 2 years.
