Paviland® Primer EP WET
Bi-component primer, formulated with epoxy resins in aqueous dispersion, for epoxy coatings. Acts as an adhesion layer for PAVILAND EPOXI-CEM. This product for flooring is adherent on damp supports and young concrete. It also boasts easy application. Among its functions is that of consolidating concrete or cementitious mortar floors.

Substrates
- Adequate resistance, open porous and thin roughness concrete. For other kind of substrate please consult our technique department.
- Substrates must be resistant,stable, healthy, and they must be clean, free from dust or any other kind of substances, organic products, etc.
- Before applying, the concrete blockworks should be be correctly repaired as well as any cracks there may be in the substrates using products from our PAVILAND or MORCEM REST range.
- It is advisable to sand the substrate with the objective of opening the pore and remove any materials such as greases, paints, etc.
- The maximum residual grade of humidity in the substrate should be interior to 7% and it should never be puddly.
Instructions for use
- Homogenise components A and B separately .
- Pour component A on top of component B and mixed it vigorously during 3 minutes at least, until getting a homogeneous mixture.
- Apply it using a brush or a short hair roller.
- The selected epoxy cladding should be applied before the polymerization of the primer.
Cautions and recommendations
- Do not apply it under 10ºC in order to avoid the crystallization of the resin.
- Do not apply it over 30ºC.
- Do not apply it under frost, rain, heavy winds or direct sun weather conditions.
- Use gloves and protective glasses when handling it. In case of direct contact with the skin or clothes, clear it with abundant water and soap.
- Keep away from children.
- The substrates should not be puddly. Maximum humidity should be 7%.
- The tools will be cleaned with water just after using them. Once the product is hard, it can just be cleaned by mechanic means.
- Do not eat or smoke during its handling.
- Empty containers should be removed according to the actual legislation.
Packaging
4 container (1,2 +2,8) kg.
Up to 1 year storage in its original closed packaging, in fresh and dry places at between 10ºC and 30ºC and always away from direct sun and open air.
