Composition

Product based on special cement, selected aggregates, and additives.

Features and applications

• Excellent adhesion on concrete.
• Suitable for concrete floors levelling or preparation of substrates for protective rendering. 
• Levelling of renewed with PAVILAND or MORCEMREST surfaces.
• It is water and weather resistant.
• Very smooth and resistant surface.

Substrates

• Resistant concrete.
• Substrates must be resistant enough, stable, sound, and clean. Free of dust, release agents, organic products, etc.

Instructions for use

• Mix the product mechanically with 5.25 to 5.75 litres of water per each 25 kg bag until getting a homogeneous paste without lumps.
• Let the paste rest around 2 min.
• Do not prepare more material than the one to be used in 60 minutes time (at +2ºC). 
• Apply 3 mm thick coats of PAVILAND COSMÉTICO with a trowel or spatula.
• Apply the PAVILAND RESINA AC2 or PAVILAND RESINA DC2 curing liquids to avoid a fast dehydration of the mortar.

Cautions and recommendations

• Do not apply the product under temperatures of 5ºC nor above 30ºC.
• Do not apply under the risk of frost, rain, heavy wind, or direct sun light.
• Use gloves and protective goggles when manipulating the product. Keep away from children.
• Once the product has been mixed, and its resting time has elapsed, do not add any water.
• Do not add cement, sand, or other substances that may affect the properties of the material.
• Tools must be cleaned with water immediately after being used.
• Do not apply more than 3 mm thickness.
• The surface layer should be protected from a very fast drying, specially under high temperatures or / and heavy winds, as already mentioned in the “operating instructions” section.
• Absorbent substrates should be previously moistened until saturated, avoiding waterlogging, otherwise PAVILAND PRIMER R must be applied according to the indications of its technical data sheet.
   

Packaging

25 Kg of laminated paper sacks.
Store up to 1 year in its original closed container, away from extreme weather conditions and humidity.

(*): Timings are given according to temperatures of 23ºC and 55% relative humidity. Periods of time will be shorter at higher temperatures and longer at lower temperatures.
