Composition

Acrylic resin in aqueous medium.

Features and applications

• Excellent adherence on asphalt, cementitious and concrete foundations.
• Easy application.
• Preparation of the concrete and asphalt foundations before the application of the PAVILAND SPORT systems.
• Indoors and outdoors.
• It can also be used as a filler for concrete and asphalt surfaces in general or as a final protector for sports systems. 

Substrates

• Concrete, mortar and open-pore asphalt agglomerate.
• The foundations must be resistant, stable, healthy and clean, free of dust, remains of release agents, organic products, etc. 
• Prior to application, any gaps and/or fissures that may be found in the foundation must be adequately repaired using the products from our PAVILAND or MORCEM REST range.
• It is recommended to mill and/or sand the foundation in order to open the pore and remove adhered materials: grease, paint, etc.
• The residual humidity of the foundation must not exceed 7%. 

Instructions for use

• Mix the contents of the container well.
• Dilution with water up to a maximum of 30% is possible depending on the porosity of the foundation, applying undiluted on very porous foundations.
• Apply with a brush, roller or sprayer, avoiding leaving excess product and waterlogged areas. If the foundation is very porous, a second coat may be necessary.
• It is recommended not to apply more than one coat when used as a finish on concrete surfaces, asphalt or sports systems.

Cautions and recommendations

• Do not apply below 10º C.
• Do not apply above 30º C.
• Do not apply with risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sun.
• Wear protective gloves and goggles for use. In case of direct contact with skin or clothing, wash with plenty of soap and water.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• The moisture content of the foundation must be equal to or less than 7%, but it must be taken into account that for the subsequent application of sports systems, the foundation must be dry (maximum humidity 4%).
• The supplies and tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use. Once hardened it is only possible to clean the product by mechanical means.
• Do not eat or smoke while handling
• Empty containers must be disposed of in accordance with current legislation.

Packaging

25Kg Containers
Storage up to 1 year in its original closed containers, in a cool and dry place, at temperatures between 10 and 30º C and always sheltered from direct sunlight and weather.

Application time

The times refer to a temperature of 23°C and 55% relative humidity.  These are shorter at higher temperatures and longer at lower temperatures.
