Composition

Product based on acrylic resins, mineral aggregate and pigments and organic and inorganic additives.

Features and applications

Product certificated by ETAG 004-ETE Nº07/0054.
Antimould, anti algae.
Waterproof.
Permeable to water vapour, allowing the substrate to breathe.
Fast and simple application.
Floated, drop and flat drop finishings.
Compatible with most substrates.
Resistant to weathering, UV light and industrial atmosphere.
Excellent adherence on usual contruction substrates.
Washable.

Product with protection from fungal, mould and algae contamination that achieves a preventive and retardant effect lasting but not permanent. The duration of this affection depends on the exposure to humidity and the concentration of spores in the area, which make the conditions especially favorable for the growth of microorganisms, therefore periodic preventive maintenance treatment is recommended

Substrates

Compatible with cement mortars, concrete, one coat mortars, gypsum, gypsum board and old painted substrates.
It is not compatible with fresh lime coatings, resin or polish, or with tempera, lime or silicate paint.
The supports must be clean, free of dust, loose particles, remains of old paints, oils, fungi, molds and other microorganisms, etc
Decorative finish for the external thermol insulation system TRADITERM®. (ETICS).
Use FIJAMOR as a primer on low cohesion substrates. Allways prime with FONDO MORCEMCRIL.

Instructions for use

Stir until material is homogeneous.
The product is ready mixed for trowel application. Until 250 ml of water per buckets can be added to adjust workability. For spray gun, up to 1 litre per 25 kg buckets may be added.
For a drop finish use a spray gun or a steel trowel . Float the surface when its consistency is adequate.
May be floated justs after application depending on weather conditions. Application's thickness from 1 to 3 mm depending on the chosen texture.
Clean tools with water inmediately after use. Stains can be removed with paint thinner.
Textures: fine, regular, coarse.

Cautions and recommendations

Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC, under direct sunlight, rain or risk of frost.
Do not apply on horizontal substrates (floors) or sloped less than 45º.
Protect the upper part of the render to avoid rain water penetration.
To avoid small colour variations order all the necessary product in a single order and do not mix different batch numbers in a single working area.
When using spray gun keep pressure, and wall distance constants to avoid finishing variations.
Several coats are recommended until the minimum coverage and thickness are obtained.
Protect surrounding areas thoroughly. Clean with water any spillage before dryng.

Packaging

MORCEMCRIL is sold in 25Kg plastic buckets.
Shelf life: 2 years in sealed original packaging, store in fresh and dry places. Avoid exposure to temperatures below 5ºC or above 30ºC. Sheltered from weather conditions.
