Instructions for use

• The cream is injected as evenly as possible inside the masonry through perforations made in the mortar joints without pressure. Morcem® Mur Stop can be used even when the moisture content is high. However, in the case of very thick walls (more than 50 cm) or with high moisture content (greater than 95%), this system is not recommended."
• Inject Morcem® Mur Stop from the cartridges inside the wall perforations using the cannula. The holes are drilled at ground level, never more than 30 cm above ground level. Blow off the dust from the holes before applying Morcem® Mur Stop.
• Insert the cannula deep into the wall and fill the hole as much as possible. Squeeze to forcefully extract the cream while withdrawing the injection tube from the drill. The number of holes and the distance between them should vary depending on the absorption of the building materials.
• In the case of homogeneous masonry, a spacing between holes of 8-12 centimeters is generally recommended, never above 12.5, these should be made horizontally along the joint since the injected agent permeates the joint better than the brick.
• To prevent leakage of the injected agent through the other side of the wall, the hole should be drilled approximately 5 centimeters less than the width of the wall.
• Select a diameter of 12-20 mm, depending on the characteristics of each construction. To finish, the holes must be covered with mortar.
• When plastering the treated wall, it is recommended to use dehumidifying mortars, such as MorcemCal Porogeno or MorecemRest Mur, and paint them with breathable paints, such as Pumacril Revestimiento Silicato.

Cautions and recommendations

• Do not apply below 5ºC or with risk of frost in the days following application.

Packaging

Boxes of 12 Units of sausages the 600 ml provided with cannula and adapter funnel for the application gun.
The date of manufacture of each cartridge is shown on the product label.
Storage up to 18 months in its original closed container, sheltered from the weather, frost, direct action of the sun and humidity. Keep between 5ºC to 25ºC.
