Additional information

Features and applications

  • Coating for concrete protection and waterproofing.
  • High adhesion to the support.
  • Chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and mineral oils.
  • Waterproofing.
  • Abrasion resistance.
  • Coating on concrete or mortar supports such as dams, channels, tanks, decanters.
  • Coating of metal elements, in pipes, structures, etc.
  • Floor and wall coverings in chambers, laboratories, rooms, halls, warehouses, etc.
  • It can be applied outdoors; although it should be noted that it may yellow due to UV effects.

Substrates

  • The surface shall be clean of dust, grease and loose particles.
  • Sandblasting or pressurized water (200 atm) is recommended, and can sometimes be replaced by a mechanical or manual wire brushing / milling, etc.

Instructions for use

  • Begin by stirring the contents of both components separately to homogenize them.
  • Pour the entire contents of the container labelled as component B into the container of component A and shake by means of a low speed mechanical shaker (< 600 rpm) for 4-5 minutes, until a product with a homogeneous appearance and color is obtained.
  • The mixing ratio of this product is A/B = 84 / 16.
  • The product is generally applied by roller or brush.
  • IMPLAREST E must be used as a primer.

Cautions and recommendations

  • The tools shall be cleaned with the solvent immediately after use.
  • Do not apply on recently applied concrete, they should have undergone some curing time.
