Features and applications

It can be used to deal with the following circumstances:

• Horizontal grooves and curved perimeter points of encounters with vertical walls.
• Drain areas, fences or other water evacuation points.
• Any other area where a special reinforcement is required due to the substrates’ conditions.
• Reinforcement in expansion joints, active cracks or insulation joints.
• Reinforcement of all joints and encounters between heterogeneous materials and different expansion coefficients.

NOTE: Please consult our technical department to know more about its application on other substrates or under a different situation.

Instructions for use

• Apply a first layer of MORCEM ELASTIC PM, before it gets fully dry, soak well so that the fibre mesh is embedded within the membrane layer. Use a dry roller to carry out the process.
• Wait for MORCEM ELASTIC PM to get dried.
• Apply subsequent layers of MORCEM ELASTIC PM until obtaining the desired thickness.
• Apply MORCEM ELASTIC PM BARNIZ U.V.
• According to the instructions given to get a proper protection against U.V. rays.
• The reinforcement's fitting, since it is a non- braided multi-directional fibreglass mesh, will always be carried out in a single direction, otherwise, it may present difficulties at the time of application.

Packaging

Rolls of 50 m2 of 1 m wide.

The values obtained by GRUPO PUMAS's products or its constructive solutions that, as the case may be, are determined by the EN standards or any other regulation that applies to it in each case refers exclusively to the conditions specifically stipulated in said regulation and that are referred to, among others, to certain characteristics of the support, humidity and temperature conditions, etc. without being them required in the tests obtained under different conditions, all in accordance with the relevant regulation.
