UnoFin Ancillary Primer
Adherence primer to promote cement, lime-based mortars and/or plaster-based renders´anchorage on smooth concrete or substrates lacking superficial absorption.

Product containing synthetic resins, mineral fillers and organic and inorganic additives.
Features and applications
- For indoor and outdoor application.
- Apply on vertical faces and ceilings.
Instructions for use
- Mix 2 parts UNOFIN ANCILLARY PRIMER with 1 part water.
- Apply the mixture with paint roller or large paintbrush.
- Once dry, apply the mortar.
NOTE: Do not apply the mortar more than three days after applying UNOFIN ANCILLARY PRIMER.
Cautions and recommendations
- Substrates must be clean, dust free, grease, oil, liquid, demolding agents, etc.
- Do not apply when there is a risk of rain or frost.
- Clean the used tools with water right after its use.
- Do not apply the one-coat mortar if UNOFIN ANCILLARY PRIMER is still wet.
- Pay special attention in the application of cement-lime mortars made on site, due to the non-uniform tensions that they can cause. In these cases use a latex, to soften these tensions.
- Do not apply on humid supports.
- Do not apply on gypsum supports.
- Do not apply with temperatures lower than 5ºC or higher than 30ºC.
