Paviland® Primer R
Bonding primer for Self-levelling Cement Systems by Grupo Puma, for interior and exterior use. Its high penetration performance on the substrate helps it to act as a substrate sealant and bonding primer.

Substrates
Suitable for cement-based substrates: concrete, cement mortars, etc. Also suitable for anhydrite substrates. The substrate must be dry or lightly dampened, never drenched. The base of the application area must be free from all types of contaminants, such as oil, grease, coverings, surface treatments, etc.
Instructions for use
- PAVILAND PRIMER R is diluted on site, according to the substrate's porosity, in the following proportions (PAVILAND PRIMER R: water): 1:4 on slightly porous substrates (one coat), 1:3 on medium porous substrates (1 or 2 coats) and 1:2 on porous substrates (2 coats).
- Apply PAVILAND PRIMER R with a brush or roller, or even by spraying with an airless system. Spread the material in a way that avoids waterlogged areas. Tests should be carried out if you are intending to apply product with a spraying system in order to guarantee applicability.
- Before applying Self-levelling Cement Systems by Grupo Puma, it is advisable to dilute the product according to the substrate's porosity, leaving the applied coat to dry for at least 1 hour or even longer in lower temperatures or in conditions of high humidity.
- Once the last coat of PAVILAND PRIMER R has dried the Self Levelling Cement Systems by Grupo Puma should be applied with in the following 24 hours.
Cautions and recommendations
- Substrates must be clean, free from dust, grease, oils, liquids, demoulding agents, etc.
- Do not apply in rain or frost or on substrates with high levels of humidity.
- Clean tools with water immediately after use.
- Do not apply in temperatures below 5ºC or above 30ºC
- Use rubber gloves and protective goggles.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Empty packages must be discarded in accordance with the latest regulations in force.
